By introducing 29 new variables, microdata.no doubles the number of variables from the A-ordningen in the new version 14 of the database. Among the news are data on monthly salaries, overtime and bonuses. Microdata.no now has 78 variables on employment.

Dropout and completion of upper secondary and higher education opens up as a field of analysis after the latest data extension in microdata.no. The new version of the data base includes data on date started, date completed or not completed, and number of semesters used.
Monthly microdata on employments and earnings without having to apply for them – this is the latest offer in microdata.no. How that is possible? Because Statistics Norway has started loading data from the Norwegian digital collection system of job, income, and tax deductions into the service.

Starting in November, you can use microdata.no as a self-service, timesaving order site for microdata. When you attach a microdata.no script to the application, Statistics Norway can extract the data you yourself composed directly from the service.
