User Guide for microdata.no updated per April 2019

The User Guide is updated per April 2., 2019. Information about panel data analysis and new functionality/commands has been added (see Appendix A for updated command list). More illustrations is also added.

Note especially the remark about the script functionality initially in chapter 1.
