Users are obliged to cite as a source in all works that use data from the service.

In the pipeline: script archive makes it possible to share data (in the form of scripts) in a completely new way. Within the framework of the NRC-funded project Microdata2, we develop support for archiving scripts as separate archiveable and citeable units in Sikt’s archive for research data.

Sikt is a certified research data archive, and has integrations with, among others, DataCite for generating DOIs and support for citation of data.

An important foundation for scripts developed in to have good reuse value is the built-in versioning solution which means that a script is always run against its original data.
